La primavera a Kyoto si sta svolgendo silenziosamente all'YMS.<\/p>

Mentre la neve si scioglie, sentiamo il respiro della primavera.<\/span>\u3002<\/span>Con i fiori di ciliegio in piena fioritura, l'YMS Elite Club ha invitato lo chef Toshiro Ogata, due stelle Michelin di Kyoto, a unirsi a noi all'YMS Elite Club, portando non solo il gusto di Kyoto, ma anche i colori della primavera.<\/span><\/p>

I giapponesi dicono spesso che la primavera non inizia con i fiori, ma con i sapori.<\/p>

Un po' della minima amarezza delle montagne, chiara come una zuppa di neve che si scioglie.<\/span>La dolcezza del mare e l'odore della terra, i sapori della primavera che sbocciano sulla lingua.<\/span>Questa volta, Ogata \u00e8 stato l'oratore ospite del Club YMS Elite.<\/span>\uff0c<\/span>Il menu \u00e8 stato progettato con il tema \"Primavera\".<\/span>I paesaggi dell'inizio della primavera a Kyoto sono presentati sul tavolo uno per uno.<\/span>Dal primo pagamento con la leggera amarezza delle montagne, all'inquadratura che simboleggia l'acqua della neve che si scioglie;<\/span>Frutti di mare come i fiori di tsubaki e il granchio Mamoru del porto Kyotango Mamoru di Kyoto.<\/span><\/p>
